Kai and Kim

With a sea breeze blowing and waves whipped up into a lovely shade of brown, the Stepping Out group in Kent joined forces with the SOBS charity (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide) for a bracing walk along the Thanet coast in Margate. Kim Conway was among them whose son Kai took his own life two years ago, aged 20. Read more

Aged 40, Tony was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, leaving him in constant pain. Seven years ago, Joy was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. At the time, their son Aaron was three and their daughter Ashleigh just three weeks old. Read more
